Three Products Coal Slurry Separator
The new product Three Products Separator (TPS) is the equipment based on ordinary TBS and using two stage separation to realize more efficient coarse coal slurry separation. It makes the result of coarse coal slurry separation more precise, especially when the coal quality is poor TPS has incomparable superiority than traditional TBS.

1.Introduction of TPS
In recent years, the Teetered Bed Separator (TBS) has been popularized and applied in the coal preparation industry around the world, but there are some problems affecting the improvement of coal preparation process. The new product Three Products Separator (TPS) is the equipment based on ordinary TBS and using two stage separation to realize more efficient coarse coal slurry separation.
TPS realized one machine two stage separation. It makes the result of coarse coal slurry separation more precise, especially when the coal quality is poor TPS has incomparable superiority than traditional TBS.
TPS coarse coal slurry separation technology of high efficiency and precision will lead the new development of coarse coal slurry separation process.
2. Features of TPS
2.1. Double regulating top water flow self-stabilizing system
Coarse slurry separator is driven by the driving force of the upward water to do the separation. And the stability of the upward water determines the separation result. TPS adopts double regulating top water flow self-stabilizing system with variable frequency or intelligent regulating valves realized the top water self-stable control.
2.2. The unique bell shaped discharge valve
The bell shaped discharge valve designed by us has a unique flow channel, the stroke can achieve 100mm if the valve is fully opened which realized continuous discharge, and the control accuracy will be increased.
2.3. Product structure is more flexible
TPS can output 2 or 3 products adjusted by any user (gangue (+) middling coal (+) fine coal). It also can do more sophisticated separation to the coal which is difficult to do preparation. The separation efficiency of fine coal is greatly improved.
2.4. Lower limit of separation is significantly reduced
TPS has an obvious separation effect to the materials of 0.125mm which is significantly reduced than 0.25mm of traditional TBS.
